Dexys Midnight Runners (no presente Dexys, o seu antigo alcume, estilizado sen un apóstrofe)[1][2] é unha banda inglesa de pop rock, con influencias soul, procedente de Birmingham e que tivo un gran éxito comercail de principios a mediados dos anos 80. O grupo é moi coñecido no Reino Unido grazas aos seus temas "Geno" e "Come On Eileen", que acadaron o número 1 da lista británica de sinxelos, entrando outros 6 sinxelos da banda no top 20. "Come On Eileen" tamén foi número 1 na lista estadounidense Billboard Hot 100, e, cunha ampla reprodución na MTV, están asociados coa Segunda Invasión Británica.[3][4]
