O compoñente do complemento 1s (EC 3.4.21.42) ou C1s é unha proteína que intervén no sistema do complemento do sistema inmunitario innato. C1s forma parte co complexo C1, xunto con C1q e C1r.[1][2][3][4] Nos humanos está codificado no xene C1S do cromosoma 12.[5]
O C1s corta os compoñentes C4 e C2 do complemento, o cal acaba por producir a convertase de C3 da vía clásica do complemento.
