Songs to Fan the Flames of Discontent é o segundo álbum da banda sueca de hardcore punk Refused, editado o 7 de xuño de 1996 a través do selo Burning Heart Records. Unha versión remasterizada do disco publicouse en 2004. As técnicas, motivos e ideas musicais atopadas neste traballo na súa forma rudimentaria desenvolveron cara ao que pode escoitarse no seguinte álbum da banda, The Shape of Punk to Come. O nome do disco está collido dun texto e un libro de cancións feitos por Joe Hill, activista do sindicato Industrial Workers of the World, en 1909.
