O receptor de C3a (C3aR), tamén coñecido como receptor do compoñente do complemento 3a 1 (C3AR1) é unha proteína de tipo receptor acoplado á proteína G que intervén nas reaccións do sistema do complemento.[1][2]

Este receptor únese ao compoñente do complemento 3a (C3a), aínda que hai probas limitadas de que este receptor tamén se une a C4a en mamíferos inferiores. Isto aínda está por probar que é certo en humanos.[3] O receptor de C3a modula a inmunidade,[4] artrite, obesidade inducida pola dieta[5] e cancros.[6]
